The Public DNS Service provides service for any
individual or organization that requests it for
a zone of which they are the registered administrative
authority, as defined and enforced by the relevant
registrar. For-profit companies capable of providing
their own DNS should do so rather than relying on
the Public DNS.

Registrants of the Public DNS Service must indemnify
Granite Canyon Group, LLC of any and all liability for
claims made against the zones for which the Public DNS
service is providing name service. By using this service,
registrants are claiming to the Public DNS that they

- own the zones that they are registering,
- are using resources that they have the right to use in
this manner (for example, IP address space),
- are not using resources that they do not have the right
to use,
- will not violate and are not violating any applicable laws
- and that if such violations occur, these violations are
the sole responsibility of the registrant and not
Granite Canyon Group LLC.

Indemnification and Warranty Disclaimer

The Public DNS Service, henceforth called the Service,
is a no cost public service provided by
Granite Canyon Group, LLC. Granite Canyon Group, LLC
and its individual contributors assume no responsibility
for the accuracy, errors, omissions, performance, uses,
or material contained in the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EITHER EXPESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WITHOUT LIMITATION, Granite Canyon Group, LLC does not
(a) host any Public DNS client's website on its server, or
(b) warrant or review the accuracy of any DNS or other
information related to the Service.

INDEMNITY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. You agree that access to
and use of the Service is at yourown risk and neither
Granite Canyon Group, LLC nor its principals shall be liable
for any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses
of any kind arising from or related to either your use of the
Service or any action or omission of Granite Canyon Group, LLC
in providing the Service. You further agree to indemnify and
hold Granite Canyon Group, LLC and its principals harmless from
and with respect to any and all claims, liabilities, losses,
damages, costs and expenses, joint or several, under statute,
common law or otherwise, arising out of, based upon or in
connection with access, use, inability to use or misuse of
the Service.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW. This agreement shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the City of Colorado Springs, and to the extent such courts
have jurisdiction, by the State of Colorado or the
United States District Courts located in Colorado. The parties
hereby agree that the appropriate forum for any disputes
arising out of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated
hereby shall be the city courts of Colorado Springs, the state
courts of the State of Colorado, and the United States District
Courts located in Colorado, and the parties hereby irrevocably
consent to the exclusive and personal jurisdiction of such courts.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PUBLIC DNS SERVICE UNLESS YOU AGREE
TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE INDEMNIFICATION
AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER, AS WRITTEN ON THE FOLLOWING WEB
PAGES AND REPRODUCED ABOVE.
